Carlos Delgado Kloos es doctor en Inform谩tica por la Universidad T茅cnica de M煤nich y doctor en Ingenier铆a de Telecomunicaciones por la Universidad Polit茅cnica de Madrid. Carlos Delgado Kloos holds a PhD in Computer Science from the Technical University of Munich and a PhD in Telecommunications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. He is currently a Professor of Telematics Engineering at Carlos III University of Madrid and holds the UNESCO Chair in 鈥淪calable Digital Education for All.鈥� He is also the coordinator of the eMadrid network.
