Bio
Michael E. Raynor is an Associate Professor (Strategy) at Ivey Business School in London, Canada, and an Instructor at University System of Maryland. He is a co-founder of Canary Medical, a smart medical devices company based in Vancouver, Canada, and of S3 Markets, a carbon market operator based in Austin, Texas. He is the author & co-author of the books The Three Rules : How Exceptional Companies Think , The Innovator鈥檚 Solution, The Innovator鈥檚 Manifesto, and The Strategy Paradox, has hundreds of additional publications in academic and practitioner outlets. For more almost 30 years, Michael has worked to turn original research into effective, practical solutions to some of the world鈥檚 most vexing problems. Michael has a doctorate from the Harvard Business School, an MBA with distinction from the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario, and an undergraduate degree in Philosophy magna cum laude from Harvard University. He lives near Toronto, Canada.
