The course is very detailed with easy to follow worksheets and lab instructions. It's well presented and structured. I enjoyed studying the course and looking forward to apply the skills in my role.

This is a very helpful course about learning how to use Jira and also covers some basics of Agile project management and Scrum in one package. And better yet, the instructor is from Atlassian.

Contains useful introduction to Agile and some interesting general history. However, it is a very dry script reading with too much focus on click-by-click demo via slides. As a beginner course, it might be more effective to have an engaging instructor emphasizing the conceptual content. It might feel more cohesive to have a relatable software project with personal user stories carried throughout. The course needs a holistic approach to showcase how Jira is beneficial for applying security and project and issue management, for transforming collaboration and team dynamics.

As it is a course from Atlassian, the company that made the platform Jira, I expected much more from this course. The course was led by a teacher who looks like is reading a boring book. It was annoying to follow his explanations in a flat speech that makes you lose focus. I also believe that could have many more animations on the screenshots presented, so it would help us to understand where is the main topic of the teacher's explanation. There are some red arrows indicating it, but for a few times and it could have much more animations to make a much better presentation!

The content should be updated, it feels like some things aren't where they are shown in videos or are harder to find than what is mentioned in labs. Labs also feel a bit lackluster, just reading some text and trying to follow along, also the tasks and everything feel generic, I could've preferred to have something more closely resembling a real project or case study in them.
It does have some concepts about Kanban boards, Scrum, Agile, and some practice with Jira Software Cloud, but it could've been better.

Course was not very engaging, and presented in a monotonous voice. A lot of information was presented, very quickly. Lab instructions were sometimes confusing and outdated, whenever I was behind schedule. This was mentioned in the instructions, but I had to often search for instructions or explore on my own.
Overall, the course was useful as a refresher, and taught features that I had not used before. I learned a lot but, I felt the amount of time required was more than what was mentioned.

Until the end of module 2 its is very interesting, then only talks about sponsor, Atlassian web services=Jira and website management. Also the documentation not fits 100% with real time updates of Jira website services it is from year 2007 copyrigthed.
It helps to learn Scrum Jira webpage services and a little approach to scrum master management.

The course is a proper approach to an interesting topic as agile working methods. However, it would be better showing different kind of resources as video tutorials instead of delivering manuals. Manuals make the learning task less intuitive and dynamic. Video tutorials would also be a great way to make this couse more time-efficient.

This is a very boring class. It is basically to learn the features of the software but I was expecting more on how to build projects with it.There are a lot of functionalities and all...it is good but I think the course could be done by building a complete project rather than just clicking on different functionalities.

The instructor sounded like he was just reading a script. It seems that given that the course and instructions are given in a slide deck format, in order to make things a little more engaging, perhaps you could pause and integrate some of the lab instructions and practice within each module so it is more engaging.

Covers the essentials but is not presented in the most interesting possible way unfortunately, and you should be aware that the version of Jira provided differs from the version used for demonstrations quite drastically. However I do feel I learned what I set out to and I would recommend it as a swift introduction

Visuals in video content are outdated for the most part, making it difficult to follow along in some places. Labs are simple enough to complete while watching the material, a little too simple, but enough to get familiar with the UI. Overall, a good course.

The course is good, however there are two principal shortcomings. First, the monotone of the narrator all throughout the course makes it difficult to follow. Second, the information on the video is outdated and no longer a match with today's Jira

I like the course, indeed teaches you the basics for jira, I was expecting more samples, a cheat sheet for filters, or screenshots guiding you after you finish your homework as a point of reference to see how good you did.

The transcripts and presentation slides for the course could have been better. There are many typing errors in the transcripts. Also screenshots and conetent can be updated and aligned with current interface of Jira Cloud.

JIRA is a good software. But why does its manufacturer create outdated and poor training material for it? The software has changed a lot over the years, and the training material includes videos made up to 7 years ago.

Course doesn't match current version of Jira, some "google translation" is needed. Screenshots in the labs would have been helpful. The ability to rewind the videos without restarting the video is needed.

Lab practices should be updated. It is very complicated for any beginner. I faced a lot of trouble doing it. Everything went above my head. Collaboration with an updated version is mandatory. Thank you.

the videos were super useful but the labs were not in sync with the Jira I used and the some of the instructions were unclear as i had trouble finding the steps when using Jira

The information about Agile is useful but a lot of the guidance for using Jira functions appeared to be somewhat out of date so made it hard to follow the hands on exercises.

Practice structutre is not that suitable to follow just by watching videos. it would have been helpfull if it would have been devided into many small tasks.

As a new user, the course material helped me better navigate Jira. However, I felt the instructor delivering the material could have been more engaging.

If the individual labs had photos on where to go it would have been more helpful. Sometimes I couldn't figure out what the line item was referencing.

The course is monotone and lacks a sound methodology for connecting material together in a comprehensive way. The narrator is hard to listen to.
