This course is for those who are passionate about helping people find jobs aligned with their skills and interests so they can earn a living through fulfilling work. This first course in the Career Coach and Navigator Professional Certificate will provide foundational knowledge of the Career Navigator and Coach roles, and introduce relationship management and human-centered coaching and navigating. To be successful in this course, no prior experience with career coaching or navigation is required. You just need a passion to help people, along with basic computer skills (some knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, presentations and email)....

The material was good and mirrors other "career development" training and self-study I've had the opportunity to complete. Navigating the website was cumbersome, and I did not realize I was required to watch the videos, I thought reading the transcripts would suffice - which is my preferred learning style. I'm not sure of the purpose of rating "skill level", and how it is measured. What is the score based on - completing the "foundation " courses? I will enroll in other Career Development courses as its important to stay abreast and reinforce best practices.
