The factual and technical information was good, as well as the overlying soft skills needed, as in introduction to PM. But my overall reaction was, "Does PM really have to be this complicated??". The personal stories were really helpful to put a realistic view on PM, vs all the acronyms and technical terms throughout the course that all seem to overlap and are not really definitive. Maybe include a little more information on the various acronyms and software programs, as they were touched on lightly in the course, but then "tested" on in detail. However, when the course gets into trying to teach and test the intangibles, it breaks down. The test questions need to focus on the technical and tangible parts of this course and not try to quantify soft skills in a multiple choice question. For example, giving a scenario and then asking which isolated type of interpersonal or management skill is being used, when it typically involves many skills, is not a good assessment strategy. A large part of being a good project manager will involve intangibles and this course puts a lot of effort into trying to break down HOW to have these soft skills, when, in reality, if a person doesn't have these inherent leadership and soft skills, they can't be taught (or tested on) past a certain point, at least within the content of THIS specific course.

This was a challenging course and I enjoyed it. I did feel like some of the final exam questions were not things that were covered in great detail, like IBM Cognos. I studied pretty hard for the final and felt like much of the stuff I studied wasn't in the exam.

Es un curso entretenido e interesante, en el que he aprendido nociones para entender qu茅 es eso del Project Management y darme cuenta que conecta conmigo m谩s de lo que esperaba. Pero har铆a algo un poco m谩s interactivo.

Great course overall for beginners. I didn't like that some questions in the quiz were not covered by the material. Second half of last module is duplicate from previous (3d or 4th).

Defines various types of project management and the general process. However as a retired person, the module on careers in project management was not useful.

Very informative, also the concept of "expert POV" where various experts in the field shared their experiences is very brilliant.

Es un buen curso pero es m谩s de que implica un trabajo como PM que de conocimientos t茅cnicos en si
