A great course for the beginners. The videos are short and easy to comprehend. The slides can be downloaded in PDF - i find it very convenient as i can share some of those slides with my colleagues.

Very practical basics for all managers with some knowledge how to lead a team, but without big picture and background principles. I will use it for all my people willing to start with management.

HE TERMINADO ESTE Y LOS OTROS 4 CURSOS RELACIONADOS AL COACHING QUE RECOMIENDAN Y SON DE LA UNIVERSIDAD DE CALIFORNIA INCLUYENDO LA ESPECIALIZACI脫N Y LLEVO D脥AS DE LARGAS HORAS REALIZANDO TODO NUEVAMENTE PARA QUE ME COMPLETE LOS CURSOS BENDITOS ASI RECIBO MI CERTIFICACI脫N CORRESPONDIENTE QUE ME HE GANANDO Y MEREZCO POR MI ESFUERZO Y TIEMPO DISPUESTO PUES PARA ESO LOS HAGO. YA NO ES LA PRIMERA VEZ QUE A TRAV脡S DE COURSERA ME SUCEDE Y ES FRUSTRANTE PORQUE CON KELLER WILLIAMS ME SUCEDI脫 ALGO SIMILAR EN MESES PASADOS.

The course was overwrought in general - seemed like it could have been accomplished in four weeks instead of five. The instructor was clear most of the time, but there were places were the concepts were unclear, probably 80 percent was on target. This might explain the inconsistent grading of written assignments. Needs some fine tuning, but worth the time.

i supposed that may be i am not very clever so the content and the question after the class also make me confused. a little bit disapoint with this course. but i saw a lot people below think this a good course so may be i am wrong.

The concepts were interesting and helpful. It would be professional of the instructor to cite sources and employ classic principles of curriculum design. The construction of quiz items is a particular opportunity for improvement.

Good overall content - but absolutely no need for the extensive 4th module of a detailed peer-reviewed project - this type of thing undermines the overall value of taking the course..

Most of it was for beginners. Thought model is interesting, the rest was too high level, that should not be new to a manager.
