There were some concepts that could have used some hands on tasks. Some things gone into were, in my opinion a little beyond an aPHR level.

The course was good. It can improve on the video quality. The audio sounded robotic at times, links didn't work, and using AI to grade the final assignment was a huge nay for me--AI is still in the works to performing better and I don't fully trust it. It was impossible to retract and find the template to the final assignment and the other templates for the weeks assignments. Good thing I downloaded them, but just to make sure I did have the correct ones I wanted to go back and that was not possible to do. I like the repetitive pattern to the quizzes and the videos as it helps me learn and retain material.

The course was a great introduction to Talent Acquisition and what HR professionals implement daily to gain the right talent to fill career roles necessary for organizational success, while also using various strategic tactics to ensure that organizational development and future endeavors are achieved!
