It's too good. Well since it is fundamentals, I wouldn't say anything but best part for me is the cuustomer service,
I wish coursera and Google can make a course on customer service full package.

I am an avid learner and love to solve problems. The instructors were very informative. Although the remote desktop / qwiklabs was challenging, my curiousity grew emmensly just wanting to go further. Thanks Google!

One of the best overview of IT fundamentals out there. Well made in concise manner from bottom up. Very enjoyable history of computer development. Seldom little mistakes proving that even Google guys are just humans.

This is good learning experience for those starting out in IT or trying gain more learning experience in computers. The course helped introduced me to assembling a computer and using virtual machine for the Qwiklabs.

I loved this material, I had somewhat of a background on all of these topics beforehand, but this really touched on fundamentals (as stated in the title). You'll really dive into the IT role with this initial course.
