It was a good introduction to IT support. I have a better understanding now of the technical side of IT support as well as the user perspective. It was tough in certain sections but with persistence, diligence and resourcefulness, I was able to finish it. There is so much that goes into the world of computers and systems. This course did a phenomenal job of breaking it down and starting from the beginning to allow me to grasp necessary concepts for future lessons. The concepts are all interconnected so that is no easy feat, but they made it easy to understand something that I always thought would be above my head.
