Awesome course. Many people suffer from depression and this course is great to understand and shift your state of mind. Can't solve a problem if you don't truly understand what's causing the problem.

Loved the course. Filled with so many eye-opening nuggets as to what actually does (or doesn't) make us happier. Would recommend this to anyone wishing to learn more about the science of well-being.

It is an extraordinary course, I have already recommended it to several friends. The teacher is excellent, she keeps you interested, she is very good at explaining, a lot of examples, they make the experience much easier.

The best course I've ever taken! Dr. Santos knows the material and makes it fun! The rewirements have drastically improved my happiness and made me realize I was focused on the wrong things. Super eye-opening and helpful.
