Loved the course. Filled with so many eye-opening nuggets as to what actually does (or doesn't) make us happier. Would recommend this to anyone wishing to learn more about the science of well-being.

This course helped me see that the things that we think are going to make us happy actually are not. It provides strategies to help you become a happier person. But ultimately, you have to work for it.

I loved this course and all the knowledge I acquired. It's taught me tools I can use forever as well as the understanding of the human brain. I enjoyed Professor Laurie Santos method of teaching as well.

I loved this course! I enjoyed hearing about the research in the lectures and then being able to follow up and read more, when I choose to do so. I also liked the supplemental videos, like the TED talks.
