Loved the course. Filled with so many eye-opening nuggets as to what actually does (or doesn't) make us happier. Would recommend this to anyone wishing to learn more about the science of well-being.

i recommend this course, from outside it may seem a self-caring book with obvious solutions, but is a complete, concise and objective study about the well-being and how to manage your self happiness.
