Loved the course. Filled with so many eye-opening nuggets as to what actually does (or doesn't) make us happier. Would recommend this to anyone wishing to learn more about the science of well-being.

This course was really interesting! I loved it. The teacher was amazing and very engaging. And it was my first time doing peer-graded assignments, i was scared but i did it and i'm so proud of myself.

Amazing course to gain awareness about what happiness/well-being is and what helps to increase it and what actually doesn't help :) The course gave me a whole new perspective on well-being which helped me, my boyfriend, and my mother to boost our overall well-being.

Awesome course, it helped me to choose a better job for me, be more open and happy. I can't thank enough Dr. Laurie Santos for putting it together and making available for everyone. I were combining the course with reading "Getting things done" by D. Allen and these two go hand in hand.

Both practical and quickening. The Science of Well-Being begins with clear analyses on how the brain and the culture work against happiness. This is followed with clear guidance for rewiring. By the end of course, a student knows both the theory and practice of well-being and happiness.

These courses are essential for al young people to take, I am fifty and wish these kinds of courses existed during my university years. They help you prepare for the future and help you deal with disappointment better. Life should not be taken so seriously, we all need to be happy more.

This course helps you better understand the true value of practicing in rewirements. The process of literally rewiring your brain to attain more happiness and well-being using mindfulness techniques. It resulted in me being able to achieve measurable improvements in my overall outlook.
