Loved the course. Filled with so many eye-opening nuggets as to what actually does (or doesn't) make us happier. Would recommend this to anyone wishing to learn more about the science of well-being.

a very useful course for those who are interested in making oneself and others happier. The science is simple to understand but the practice would be what counts, which requires lots of efforts, persistence and flexibilities. Good lucks!

Great intro the psychology around well being and happiness. Learning how to change the way we think and approach certain things differently. Learning more about what really makes us happy and how it isnt necessarily the things we expect.

I thought the course was great! I had read about it several months ago and realized I practiced a lot of the rewirements. Taking the course provided a lot of additional reading material on the topics and the videos were very informative.

Easy to access. Interesting material. Very useful. I have studied positive psychology and mindfulness for years and used them in my work as well. So, I was a bit skeptic whether this course would benefit me. But it did. Highly recommend!

This was such a helpful course. Sometimes being motivated to make positive changes means understanding why we need to make these changes and how they are going to help. The professor was dynamic and engaging; she really knows her stuff!

If you are considering this, definitely do it. Very engaging videos and practical information. I watched the videos every Sunday and they were interesting so it didn鈥檛 feel like a burden. Then you get to practice things through the week.
