Awesome course. Many people suffer from depression and this course is great to understand and shift your state of mind. Can't solve a problem if you don't truly understand what's causing the problem.

Loved the course. Filled with so many eye-opening nuggets as to what actually does (or doesn't) make us happier. Would recommend this to anyone wishing to learn more about the science of well-being.

I had such a great time taking this course and I learned a lot about what helps us feel happy and fulfilled in life. I will be able to take what I've learned and put it into practice which will increase my well being.

Amazing course full of practical exercises that can be applied daily to improve your happiness! Laurie Santos was an amazing and engaging professor, I was never bored during the course and wish it didn't have to end!

I enjoyed it. I learned a lot. I am especially aware of not always listening to my mind. It has helped a lot in these times of Covid. I found as a 68 year old the navigation of the site a bit tricky but I did it.

This class should be a prerequisite for EVERY human to take at some point (earlier than later, though). In doing so, I think people would learn to value the things they can't see instead of the things they can hold.
