Loved the course. Filled with so many eye-opening nuggets as to what actually does (or doesn't) make us happier. Would recommend this to anyone wishing to learn more about the science of well-being.

Had a great time with this course. The videos were of high quality. The majority of the material was scientifically based. My favorite part was the final assignment where we could interact with others!

The course was very interesting and I recommend it. The teacher approaches a subjective topic in a light and practical way, based on researches. The exercises are practical and fun. I loved the course!

Great mix of studies and tools - and the focus on practice application really makes a difference (I read four assignments of peers and everyone reported an improvement in their happiness scores :) ).
