Awesome course. Many people suffer from depression and this course is great to understand and shift your state of mind. Can't solve a problem if you don't truly understand what's causing the problem.

Loved the course. Filled with so many eye-opening nuggets as to what actually does (or doesn't) make us happier. Would recommend this to anyone wishing to learn more about the science of well-being.

Very engaging, thought provoking professor. I do wish mediation was discussed in greater detail and the interviews are a snooze fest, but otherwise very enjoyable course!

This course was such a nice discovery for me. It literally walked with me during hard times. Contents are useful, interesting and illuminating and the teacher is lovely.
