The concept of email marketing was completely new to me. The tutor in this course has gracefully explained different aspects of email marketing. I am extremely happy to gain this unique knowledge.

From the "step" directions, it seems as if the "Activity: Present email marketing data to stakeholders" was supposed to have a "Summary" template link to work with. Where we could find summary, recommendation, speaker-notes spaces to fill. The Exemplar after it also did not have a "Summary" exemplar link as well to see what a clear example of what a good answer would be. It was just explained in the write-ups. Please can we get feedback on this? I also feel maybe there should be a way for users to view all their posts made in the peers' section in a course (that's in the entire series) and the interactions the posts received, sort of like a mini how social media platform. That'll boost more connectivity amongst the learners. I also think it would be nice to know the tutors can pop up once in a while to read and interact with our posts. It'll be very encouraging and feel like real-time learning. The course was fun overall. And I was happy to learn new things. Miriam did a fabulous job.

I though this was the most dense of all the courses so far, but I also found it to be extremely helpful. I haven't ever run into anything in college that taught me much about email marketing specifically, or any of the marketing terms and how to utilize it within an email marketing campaign (ROI, Open Rate, Conversion Rate, etc.). Week 5 is the first time where the whole week is dedicated to a project and I found it to be extremely engaging. I took off a star because the final quiz was difficult and possibly included incorrect information?

Hi,
It was a great fun to learn with courser & practice activities are just mind blowing so far. Personally, i am loving it & it has added a great value to my profile.
Tutor Miss Miriam is cool, clear & polite explanations to every single week & every module through out, as it should be for the course like "Think outside the inbox" !
However, all of the tutors & courses have added weightage to my profile so far & i am ready for the next course already.
Have Fun :)

The course is very informative, overall it鈥檚 quite good but the exams ask too many questions that seem to be intentionally misleading or unnecessarily complicated. Just ask straightforward questions. And most of the test questions should be about email marketing not about setting goals and then asking a bunch of confusing questions about goal setting, that was already covered in the first course of this program extensively.

Some of the information was difficult to translate from the videos to the quizzes. I would have a video transcript open, answer what was listed and still have to answer questions differently. Email marketing is a broad, creative topic and this really demonstrated how interpretation plays such a huge role. Not all specifics were clear - and I had to google them.
