Los profesionales y el personal ejecutivo de diferentes empresas necesitan tener habilidades para aplicar de manera competitiva el ingl茅s en sus actividades laborales. Al dominar el vocabulario y las estructuras gramaticales en ingl茅s, centr谩ndose en habilidades blandas como la comunicaci贸n efectiva, la escucha activa, la gesti贸n de reuniones, la delegaci贸n de tareas, el manejo de conflictos y la retroalimentaci贸n efectiva, pueden aumentar su valor profesional, mejorar sus competencias laborales y disfrutar de una mayor movilidad en el 谩mbito laboral. Este programa se realizar谩 en modalidad online y ocupar谩 una metodolog铆a auto instruccional, la que permite gestionar el tiempo propio de los participantes para compatibilizar el programa con las exigencias diarias del trabajo, a un ritmo que se adec煤e al proceso de aprendizaje individual. El curso considera el uso de videos y textos de lectura que contextualizan el uso de habilidades blandas recurrentes, en las que las formas l茅xicas y sint谩cticas que se revisan -en cada m贸dulo- son presentadas a trav茅s de un profesor virtual y experiencias narradas por expertos en cada tema. Tambi茅n se contar谩 con ejercicios de aplicaci贸n de contenidos ling眉铆sticos en respuesta a las c谩psulas expositivas.

The purpose of this self-instructional course is to teach lexical-grammatical structures in English at the intermediate level (B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) used in soft skills in the workplace, such as effective communication, active listening, meeting management, delegation, conflict management, and effective feedback.
