Informative, but outdated when it comes to the new tools. They don't mention the 'best' tools, but rather the 'best tools in the ecosystem of IBM/Microsoft'. For example there is no mention of Claude etc. as code tools. Its a simple generative search away to find which tools are best, so there is no need to try to limit people to IBM alone, even if the course is created by them. Also AI generated 'podcasts' is pretty annoying - it's a summary, not a podcast.

This course is an excellent starting point for anyone curious about generative AI and its practical use cases. While not highly technical, it provides solid conceptual grounding and access to hands-on practice through IBM tools. Ideal for professionals or students looking to understand the possibilities of this fast-growing field.

The course has some good coverage of basic concepts and the inclusion of the hands-on labs is useful especially if you've not tried using some of the technologies. My major issue is that the assessment questions include quite alot focused on "what AI tools should you use in scenario X" type questions rather than the concepts.

The course is very informative, and most information in clearly presented. Also, the labs in which you practice using AI tools are basic but good. What's not very good is it's not easy to understand all of the 'experts' - especially one of them who has trouble speaking English clearly due to an extremely heavy accent.

Great intro and overview for someone like me who is completely new to the subject. Just difficult to grasp the big picture with so much information! Wondering whether the addition of some comprehensive infographics could help learners get a handle on how everything/some things interrelate.

Great course that includes multiple tools from different companies and can give you a broad perspective. One minus is that part of the assessments focus on remembering the tools and their use which is something that is not necessary to remember if you understand what they do.

The content was great. The human teachers were thorough and effective. Ironically, the AI-based instructions were a bit fast and dense. Some of the questions on the exams did not directly relate to the content that was covered.

This course provide foundational information about generative AI, exposed me to multiple generative AI tools, some I had never heard of, and provided hands on experience generating text, images and code.

Good course but I would be happy to see more recommendation about prompt engineering. For example I can see that in given examples it was used style 'background; question' but it was not described why.

Overall a good course, though I wish it had been slightly more technical. A lot of time spent on the business impact of AI and ethics, a lot of which many of us PMs are already well versed in.

This course was very manageable and the upskilling opportunity is significant. It would be good to also have a compendium of the various apps along with a description of their key capabilities

It gave me a sense of how many forms of AI are already out there being used for different purposes, some more specialized than others. I felt it was still introductive. Easy to follow.

Good content, but they use some machine reading which i don't like. It is just reading, reading, without any pause between words, which is not friendly, not personal way of learn.
