Excellent course: The Capstone brought most of the other course together, for a total view. Though would have appreciate to use agile, and Koban Board into the last project, though getting the "Big Picture" of a real project was worth the trade off.

The course is well structured. It was a very good opportunity to deepen my knowledge in project structure and management. Further, it efficiently let a learner experience important processes in project management.

The contents focus on practical aspects; to be conscious of scope, to identify and manage risks, to pace according to timeline. In my working environment, I used to spend more time in assessment (before the project) and reporting, yet, the lessons were not reflected and the risks were not well managed, which is also an organizationa habit and culture. During the course learning, I started changing the style in my unit; it seems easier to other team members. Culture of the organization does not easily change, however, I think I gained better confidence in asserting risk management and projecting strategy.

The Project Management course provided an excellent foundation in key project management concepts, from initiating and planning to executing, monitoring, and closing projects. I particularly appreciated the hands-on approach, with real-world scenarios and case studies that helped me apply the skills I learned. The modules on agile methodologies and stakeholder management were particularly useful, as they deepened my understanding of how to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of all parties involved. The course was well-structured, and the instructors were clear and engaging. Out of all the courses I have taken so far, this one was the most intense and the most grueling. There was a huge amount of information to learn and apply. I am still overwhelmed that I completed the course before the end of the year.

My only regret would be not being more involved in the discussions with the other classmates. There are also areas I will need to revisit so that I make sure I completely understand the lessons that were supposed to learned.

Overall, this specific course was a bit overwhelming since there was so much to learn. Anyway, I managed to get thru and glad I stuck it our until the end. To be honest, I am really really afraid when I enroll this course because my English is not really good enough. This course6 was pulling it all together and made me understand the reason of the previous courses 1-5. If we had more interaction with groups of people in the same course that will be great to have an option to join a group to learn together and grade each other assignments to push each other to get to the end of this tunnel. This course was informative and instructional. I enjoyed each course and looked forward to hearing and seeing the instructors. I congratulate you in have such a diverse group of knowleable instructors. I also enjoy the "guest speakers" that spoke about their roles and how they put their project management skills to use. They were not afraid to discuss mistakes that they made and how to overcome them. This was so important to me and I'm sure maybe many others that are moving into a new career in Project Management that we know that if we make mistakes there are ways to fix them and/or learn from them. This course is challenging but also very rewarding. It is time consuming. 6 weeks to complete would be more reasonable in my opinion, particularly for those juggling other responsibilities. The capstone very much reinforces all you have learned to date. I had many 鈥榓ha moments鈥� upon finding some earlier course topics made much more sense in the context of a real-life project. (Quality management being one such example). The capstone will provide you with project management tools and workflows that are very much applicable to any work environment. Indeed, life in general. Put in the time, review the material, complete the assignments and you will reap the benefits.

I found much of the course useful. Much of the material is presented repeatedly from different angles, which I found useful in trying to help me learn the content. I particularly enjoyed the Agile course and burndown charts. User stories were particularly useful as well. The final project, a waterfall style PM project was rather good and helped me get practical experience with it. My only recommendation would be to make course content easier to download. I wish there were a big zip file available for download with everything in it.

This was a great learning experience and found the hands-on assignments and especially the Capstone project very helpful in terms of getting actively involved.

I just wish I had more time to focus on the course and could have possibly completed the course sooner but having to balance a fulltime job, family obligations and another fulltime online course forced me to put this on pause at times.
