I already knew many things from my years of experience. However, this course was still very interesting and provided me with some valuable tips for the future. Learning about the elevator pitch, understanding the differences between a resume, a cover letter, and a CV, and knowing when to apply them was definitely a great bonus.

Good course with good information shared. A time the course was a bit tedious. I think some of the concepts could have been condensed into 5 major sections, and each section could have been reduced to 3 weeks instead of 4weeks. Overall is was good entry level course.

Overall I found the course well designed and straightforward. A few of the courses however could have either been more of an overview or in-depth as the subject matter was presented in an unclear way likely because the subject matter was complex.

The lessons were easy to follow and built on knowledge from previous lessons. The quizzes were very helpful in re-enforcing the teachings as well as defining what you may need to review.

High relevant cours with regards to customer loyalty and with regards to the construction of own elevator pitch and how to comunicate and show what we've learned in the cours.

Very educational.Discussion board is not the type of forum I thought it would be but at least you can learn a new skill set that will matter for you in the future.

I think some moments are too specific and may vary in a real life. But overall I am glad I had such a chance to get this knowledge and certificate.
