Fabulous course. I learned a lot of does and doesn't make us happy, and learned valuable tools for introducing and integrating new habits into my life that will definitely contribute to my well-being.

What an amazing course. I have used some of these tools before taking the class, this just make me make more of a priority of the things that work for me. I am learning to not just be happy but happy with in myself and life. I have a great life and I sometimes let setbacks get in my way.

This course taught me new tools that I can use in daily situations on how to a positive version of myself. It reminded me of tools that I already learned throughout my academic career that I had set aside or forgotten and pushed me to understand the importance of savoring everyday life.

I loved this course! I am working on healing after the death of my husband, and we are in the middle of a pandemic, protests and violent demonstrations. It was a great time to do this! The course did increase my happiness score dramatically. I'm feeling my energy, and joy in my life.

Amazing course to gain awareness about what happiness/well-being is and what helps to increase it and what actually doesn't help :) The course gave me a whole new perspective on well-being which helped me, my boyfriend, and my mother to boost our overall well-being.
