I thought this course is great for someone who is transitioning into the IT field with little to no prior knowledge or experience. There may have been a few minor spelling errors but overall I enjoyed the course and I was able to navigate through the course pretty smoothly.

I love that they start with the basics, assuming you know next to nothing; this matters to those of us who have not been following the latest developments in hardware, or who missed key insights about, say, binary arithmetic the first time we took a computer science course.

Great course that throughly covers the important topics & matters within the IT Support role. While this was a refresher for as I do already have the experience & wanted to get a certificate, it was well worth the time! Kudos to Google for providing an engaging experience!

This is a great course for people who already are into IT or people who are not. I have been building websites for fifteen years and I learned a lot about issues that I have experienced. Also, it is a great way to introduce other operating systems people have never used.

I didn't know what to expect when I started this lesson but along the way I realized how important the fundamentals are. I feel more confident going into the next lesson and seeing the instructors go more in-depth into the IT role with real life scenarios. One step closer!

Great course! Very well delivered in manageable chunks by lots of different people. Mainly video based, but there is lots of supplemental reading too, which I strongly recommend you do. It's a six week course. If you apply yourself, as I did, you'll finish it much quicker.

It's actually a very good initiative from Google.This course can provide good basic knowledge.But some topics are not in detail.You have learn from external resources.The instructors are industry experts.So it's a great thing to learn from them.Overall experience was good.

This is a very interesting and useful course for the beginner who doesn't have any knowledge or little knowledge about IT. All the instructors were so knowledgeable and tried to give the basic things that we need to learn as a beginner and also all the content is so good.

this course challenged me in ways I never imagined. I'm not very computer saavy and I worked hard just to complete the first course section. I've been a stay at home mom for a nearly 20 years, when most were learning computers at work, so this is a foreign language to me.

I am genuinely enjoying the courses, they are informative and aren't overbearing. Being able to review data if I need to and moving at my own pace is much more enjoyable than being in a physical classroom. Also the courses are detailed and easy to follow and to learn form.

I feel like I learned a lot, all the instructors did a pretty good job at not just sounding like a drone reading a script. I like the video/transcript interface as I am a visual learner so being able to hear them and follow along with the texts worked well for me I think.

It is very informative and gives you a simple entry piont into IT, while leaving with a hunger to dive deeper into the intricacies that connect everything together. A definite must for anyone wanting to know more about technology and how it fits with our everyday lives.

This course was a good place to start. I would recommend supplemental study notes for some of the main points of the course. I had a hard time taking notes and keeping up with instruction. Thank you for the dialogue at the bottom. That was what saved me in most cases.
