Great course and instructor. Helped gain confidence in the concepts of DCF and WACC. I wish to pursue Investment Banking as a career thus it is beneficial for me to know these concepts thoroughly.

This course is very informative and I learned a lot even if I am new to this topic. I highly recommend this course for those who want to gain knowledge in financial modeling and analysis.

Basis of a DCF are described. He should not need to much time to find thinks like CapEx, or to be more precisely, do not look in the financing cash flow for it...
The final exam is to easy. I only scored 80% because I calculated the NPV and did not type in the pure formula.

He gives the wrong example how to adapt DCF modeling in what types of investment. Moreover, the explanation is not well in details

I think it can be a project which also includes how to forecast balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.

The instructor did wrong calculations with regard to FCF. Under Cashflow Statement both Capex & Working capital are negative which mean Cash Outflow. Hence, Net Capex & Working capital both will be subtracted from EBIT (1-Tax). Also in Financial Statements, why there is no Depreciation value/ amount ?!! Operating Expenses is wrong which make EBIT values wrong. Also, there are 2 methods to calculate Terminal Value - One is Using Gordon Method & Other is Using Exit Multiple (EV/EBITDA) method. The Instructor did not use Gordon Method. Also To Calculate NPV, which Year should we take for Terminal Value - If we take last forecasted year (t) or year after it (t+1) ? This changes the PV of Cashflows. Instructor needs to redo the entire Course.

The speed and materials taught was good, however the layout was extremely difficult to gauge and very messy. It felt like we were jumping from one point to another, then going back to an original point.
