Bio
Associate Professor at the Applied Pedagogy Department and researcher of the Centre for Research and Studies for Organizational Development, both at Universitat Aut貌noma de Barcelona. His research topics are related to innovation, change management, organizational development, knowledge management, organisational, intergenerational, and informal learning. He is also member Principal Investigator of the D-EMIND project.
