Postdoctoral Researcher at the Centre of Research and Studies for Organizational Development at Universitat Aut貌noma de Barcelona. Her work focuses on teacher training and higher education, pedagogical innovation, management, and distributed leadership in schools. She is also member of the D-EMIND project.
