Bio
Cecilia-In茅s Su谩rez-Rivarola is a Tenure-track lecturer of Didactics and School Organization at the Department of Applied Pedagogy of the Universitat Aut貌noma de Barcelona. She holds a PhD in Education from Universitat Aut貌noma de Barcelona. She is also a researcher at the Centre for Research for Organisational Development where she participates in the Organisational Development Group. Her research focuses on diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility in Higher Education, including college-choice, access, persistence/retention, and racially diverse individuals; research-informed educational practices and teacher training.
