Please provide English subtitles when conducting an interview in Korean, else it defeats the purpose. And please provide reasons for deducting marks in quizzes. My final quiz review in week 3 shows I answered all the questions correctly, but I still got 98%.

Insisted I purchase the certificate. Finished the course and they wouldn鈥檛 let me download my certificate because I was on the free trial and had to wait till my subscription started. What a waste of my time. Class was good but the marketing trick is so stupid. Would NOT recommend.
