Short and lacking real grit and ways to grow. Just some surface level info with a few general tips. Nothing groundbreaking. I don't feel that this achieved what it advertised.

The content of this course is good and the trainer offers good insights, HOWEVER there are articles behind paywalls, locked assignments/tools, and one really outdated resource that could and should be updated. In addition the "check your understanding" questions embedded in the videos need a lot of rewriting, perhaps by an educator. They are more suitable to a coaching session or as discussion openers rather than right/wrong style evaluation tools. Overall, I would recommend the course to colleagues but with the above shortcomings laid out first.
