very well structured course. Trainers were knowledgeable and were able to explain the subjects very well. The most i was impressed with is critical thinking explanation. The resources are very useful to further the understanding on the subjects.

Firstly would like to thank and appreciate IBM for designing this course.I feel this course covered essential both general and technical information required to be start an active and confident journey in learning gaining cyber security skills.

This would be 5 stars but for some of the videos having some rough audio quality. The subtitles fail to capture some of the inaudible audio making it hard to figure out what exactly is said in those inaudible audio areas. Otherwise, it's great.

The overall course was thorough and informative. The audio quality of some videos could be better. Some concepts could have been explained more clearly and you really have to concentrate to follow some videos. Could be modernised and sharpened.

As you learn from basic, help you understand the fundamental of cybersecurity.

The content is good, but unfortunately the presentation is sub-par. It made an otherwise good Intro-level course into a sub-par course. I really liked the SMEs explanations, I just wish there was quality control on the audio and presentations.

I am thankful for the opportunity coursera has provided to me. This course is good for the people seeking mostly theory. There is very little application taught. The course could have been better if the audio and video qualities were good.

Great course and intro to theory, concepts and terminology on cybersecurity. The production value in some of the audio is lacking though, would be great if they all matched the audio that was used to introduce each topic. Otherwise great.

Some videos are a little long and hard to follow ar first but the ones in the third and fourth week are easy to follow. I think it overlaps a lot with ISC's certified in cybersecurity course, so it's great review if you've done that.

I struggled a little bit with knowledge retention because of the heavy accents used in the videos at the start. However as the courses went on and I got more familiar with the voices the course became clear and had great knowledge.

This course is extremely helpful to learn the history and fundamentals of Cyber Security. Thank you for providing this course by IBM and I enrolled in this course with the help of Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation, Thank You.

Overall, there are also of useful contents and readings. It will be good that some training modules could be conducted in layman terms and a dictionary of all key terms will be helpful to professional not in the cybersecurity field.

Well, I found the course very thrilling, especially when the topic is so exciting. What I learned, builds on my existing understanding on this field, and there was a space to learn something new. It's highly recommended, no doubt!

This course was amazing to take. Very informative and rich. My challenges were:

* Too much theory. I wanted more hands-on practice.

* The instructors were either inaudible or not clear with their words. Thank God for the subtitles.

Everything was good about the lesson

A company like IBM is expected to provide good sound equipment for the master so that he can record sound properly.

good introduction to cybersecurity for people who are looking to change career some improvement that could be made make to information clearer and put some info in about black hats in week 1 if your going to put it on the test.

The content served as a solid introduction, though some lectures seemed redundant. The lectures coming from different instructors could be reworked to flow more organically from one to other, but in isolation they were solid.

It is an amazing course. I have learnt many things. One thing which i would like to suggest is that there few reading material which are not available. I hope you update those reading material as it would be of great help.

I've been taking quite a few courses lately and so far this one has been the most informative by far but the presentation and audio quality could use some work. By "some" work, I mean alot. Great course overall though
