Pretty good course. It covers a lot of ground. And it's a very good introduction and survey to processes used in semiconductor manufacturing and you can complete the course in a couple of days. So, it's good course to start and then move on to other courses on semiconductors. So, I'd like to thank the Instructor and KAIST and ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø¹Û¿´ for offering this course. The only negatives are (1) the quizzes are very easy, so I think completing this course and getting the certificate does not show much of any mastery of the material. And (2) instructor's English is not very good - both problems with grammar and he is sometimes hard to understand. But the slides shown do have what he is saying written. I know learning 2nd language is very hard, especially when it is so different than your native language. So, I applaud the instructor for trying, and again, what he is saying in written in the shown slides. Thanks!
