Some of the videos have very low volume. As such, the automatic transcript function did not pick up the sound and therefore, did not create a transcript. FYI.

I started the course as I wanted to learn more about the Six Sigma principles and practical use of them at work. I am a project manager, so the course was supposed to help me to improve my knowledge. The course itself is interesting, but I found it a bit old style, reminding me of those times when the first online courses were created. The slides are full of texts in different formats, some even show errors, the lecturers are filmed in low quality, and the most upsetting thing - all mention some Six Sigma Yellow belt guide/notes, but you can not find them anywhere in the course files. Also, the part about statistics - well, I think this is more for data analysts, not project or team managers. Too heavy on statistics and data analysis for the course. I would replace all the slides, make them more nowadays style and improve the overall quality of the course. I started next course with Google on Agile - this is a good example of high quality education, I would recommend the authors of this course to have a look and learn from Google.

I withdrew from this course because it was so poorly constructed. It looks like the videos may have been edited down from longer lectures by an AI editor using an outline, so the videos are brief, choppy, and disjointed. Quizzes include questions that are not covered in either the videos or in the reference text. Some questions appear to be AI-generated nonsense with no correct answer. When you get an answer wrong on a quiz, there is no explanation to help you improve your understanding, and the 糖心vlog官网观看 AI assistant is not always able to explain either. (Some answers provided by the AI assistant also failed on the quiz.) Your exercise work is evaluated only by other learners, who are also unable (or unwilling to take the time) to explain what you might have gotten wrong. And then the course wastes your time by asking you to grade work by other learners. So: for exercises it's the blind leading the blind; for videos and quizzes the blind are being led by literalist robots who occasionally hallucinate. This course is not worth your time.

Hello, I鈥檇 like to report an issue with one of the slides in the Six Sigma Foundations and Principles course by Kennesaw State University. The slide discussing the roles of the Black Belt and Master Black Belt contains several errors not limited to but, including: 鈥渟te ground鈥 instead of 鈥渟et ground鈥 鈥淏let鈥 instead of 鈥淏elt鈥 (appears twice) Multiple fragmented or incomplete sentences Since this course focuses on quality and process improvement, the presence of such errors in instructional material is especially concerning. I鈥檓 sharing this feedback in the spirit of continuous improvement and to support future learners. Thank you for reviewing this issue. Best regards, Kelly Boyer

*Disclaimer: I got to the second module of the first course and then quit*.Some videos have almost inaudible volume. Quizzes have feedback that depends on a textbook that isn't freely available, and the same feedback as pertaining to the course videos doesn't relate to the questions. Some videos are lousy, with spelling errors, and the voices of the teachers are real mood killers, sounding low and tired. I believe it is much better to look around for a good, widely used book and learn from there. This course is not something I'd recommend to any of my colleagues in the field of engineering, even if the instructors are PhDs in the topic.

Audio in some videos is too low, the guy was making all sorts of slip-ups and mispronounced words, cannot believe they just left it like that instead of redoing it. I could always hear his gasping for air and opening his mouth which was annoying. Visually the presentations are sub-par and I haven't learned much. Where is the link to download mandatory book that needs to be followed with the course? Sheesh.
