I enjoyed learning about the basics of computers: the history, hardware, software, a small bit of networking, troubleshooting, and your job as a IT support specialist. A lot of this knowledge is a refresher but it is always good to relearn and review what you know especially as technology is advancing.

I love taking this first module. I learn a lot of new things. The videos were short which is always very nice for people like me who suffer from ADHD. Week Number 6 was more about soft skills, so unless you are a complete beginner when it comes to it, I'd suggest skipping it and do the quizzes instead.

This is an awesome IT related course, This course designed to help the student who is interested in IT but from different backgrounds. I am interested to learn more. I will practice more and read more to improve my knowledge. This is the perfect platform to learn about the Technical Fundamentals issue.

Even thouogh I found this course to be very much a review of knowledge I already knew with excption to the coursework involving linux it was presented in such a way that it made the learing process very easy. With labs so that you can put the things you learn into practice and scenarios that are realistic, you will learn how to not only solve problems but how to help people.

This course is excellent for those who would like to learn the basics of IT and would like to broaden their knowledge. I enjoyed seeing videos from multiple instructors who actually work in the field. I really loved seeing people of coloring achieving or having achieved what I striving for right now.

This course covers the basics to give you an elementary understanding of what an IT technical support specialist needs to know. It isn't as detailed and in-depth as CompTIA A+ in regards to the IT hardware side of things but it is a great starting ground for those looking to learn the basics of IT.

This was a great course to start in since I currently do n ot work in IT, it was great for me to learn the basics and build a foundation. I truly enjoyed it even more than attending school online because of the videos and instructors. It makes you feel like you are in an actual classroom. I love it!

Really good introduction to the technical support world. Some topics covered were really basic for me but I would imagine it needs to be approachable to people without any knowledge in IT.
