I learned so many basic concepts about the IT industry and how computers really work int this program. Now instead of wonder what "the Magic" is that runs these machines i know theres no magic and its really much simplier than i believed before starting this course.

This course was amazing! It really opened my eyes to a whole bunch of different fields within IT. It gave me some ideas of what areas I'm more interested in and also the confidence that this is something I am capable of learning more about and pursuing as my career.

I am very pleased so far with what this course had to offer. I believe it covered a wide range of topics, at their entry level of information. Furthermore, I can't wait to see what the next 4 courses offer in detail on the topics we touched on in the first course.

I encourage everyone wanting to get in technical knowledge to take this course, it will help you gain foundation knowledge for technical support roles also don麓t forget that God loves you and I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

This course is designed beautifully for beginners. I felt like all the information provided was so simple and broken down for the average person to comprehend. i learned a-lot of cool stuff from this course and hope to continue to do, until i finish the whole thing.

I haven't taken any computer science classes since 1996, so this was a little challenging to figure out at first. But once I got the hang of the online classes it was fun and educational. It's my first course with coursera. I look forward to my upcoming IT classes.

I feel super accomplished. And I have a general sense of how computers work. Their history. How modern technology and the internet have come about, and how IT support professionals hand-hold us through our many problems. I'm excited and nervous for the next courses!

Knowledge is power and, as former Learning and Development analyst, I understand this course have content to address the three major learning styles back in my days (visual, auditory and Kinesthetic) . I really think I'm going to stick to this program until the end!

Awesome Course! Seriously! It was quite entertaining and enjoyable. Far superior method of teaching that what is currently being used in Universities. That choose your own adventure for the Customer service portion was pure Genius. More of that would be awesome!

The optional quiz for week two could be better clarified. If you do not do it the optional build computer for peer review it makes it look like you have not completed all task and says 9/10 completed when you have actually completed 10/10 and have a 100% in my case.

I am very pleased with the quality content of Technical Support Fundamentals. The proctor is very articulate and presents the information in an easy to understand---non intimidating manner. I am looking forward to learning more with Google IT Support online classes.

The course is very systematic, organized, and easier to complete. I have started studies after a long time and was hesitating but I have find the method of this online course make learning interesting.

This a was a great introduction to computers and IT support. There were some challenges along the way but it also allowed me to dedicate more time to read and process the information and really understadn the placement of concepts in the computer, networking realm.

The course was very much from extreme beginner level to advanced level. All the instructors explained real hard topics in a fun and entertainment which otherwise would be explained by the faculties in college in bookish language. Awesome course,Loved it totally..

While most of this is a refresher for me as I have experience with IT (self taught), the customer service part is important and something I do need to work on. Also made me think more how to interact with others, and not just speaking in a bunch of technical terms.
