Loved the course. Filled with so many eye-opening nuggets as to what actually does (or doesn't) make us happier. Would recommend this to anyone wishing to learn more about the science of well-being.

Amazing course! Highly recommend especially if you're not very happy at the moment, it lightens your spirit. I learned so much from this course I am so happy I took it,recommended by my best friend, I wouldn't have done it otherwise!

Dr. Laurie shared practical tips that we can implement in our daily lives and also discussed the science behind why these work. The course structure is very well designed and engaging. This was such a helpful and insightful course.

The course was really great, I got so many new insights! The only thing I did not like was that other students graded my assignment since one of them wrote really stupid stuff and just wanted to show off and so I had to do it again.

It is a highly recommended course. I just have to say that it really changed my life and made me do a deep introspection about my life and if I was really happy. My life in these 10 weeks has changed in a way that I did not imagine.

Absolutely brilliant - easy to do, simple exercises with long lasting effects!
And I say this as a retired psychiatrist who started the course with an interest in the science and ended it fully engaged with the process and exercises.

This is an interesting course that gave me a good understanding of what makes people happy. As knowledge is only half the battle, the course teaches useful techniques to achieve happiness and an assignment to put them into practice.

I found this course very easy to follow and you can do it in your own time when it suits you . I feel more positive and feel that my mindset is more positive then when I began. I also got some validating for my beliefs I had before.

I really liked and enjoyed this course, I gave me a lot of insights and I think I did it in the right moment during this pandemic. I also liked that it was quite flexible with not MANDATORY assignments but more enjoying the process.
