Fabulous course. I learned a lot of does and doesn't make us happy, and learned valuable tools for introducing and integrating new habits into my life that will definitely contribute to my well-being.

The lectures are informative and super helpful, the structure of the whole course is just perfect. It was easy to get around, to keep track of your progress and to find the related articles and topics so you can go further! This is a must if you want to live an active and healthy life.

It was a very effective course for me. I learned several techniques and tools that will be helpful for a lifetime. The professor was well-spoken, knowledgeable, and down to earth. She speaks "to" you , not "at" you which is a wonderful trait. Keep up the great work, and well done!!

Brilliant course. Felt very meaty and worthwhile and I actually learnt a lot of theory, as well as putting things into action to help me increase my happiness and well-being. I'm already noticing an effect and it's encouraged me to try other online courses as I have enjoyed it so much.

This course is full of practical strategies for increasing your happiness. It turns out that what makes you healthy makes you happy. Tracking yourself and your habits and thinking patterns is powerful and is not easy, but the course stresses that it's never over; to live is to strive.

Honestly, this was an amazing course to complete. It was so refreshing to complete learning that had both research based learning and also so applicable and practical for real life. If you have an interest in psychology, sociology or just making your life better, you NEED this course!

It's a very interesting and useful course providing all the evidence you might require in order to "force" yourself to be happier. The concepts are rather self-intuitive, but supported with strong scientific evidence, the presentation is very novice-friendly, consistent and appealing.

Great course esp. for getting things straight for middle-aged people. I love the since mixed with everyday life takeaways. Lots of valuable insights. Everything so true. It's never too late to start nurturing sources of happiness. And professor Laurie Santos is a compelling mentor :)

I really enjoyed the science behind all of this, but it's definitely helped me think about what is important to me and what makes me happy, as well as then given me tools to add certain activities to my day - or take steps to assess why things aren't working and take steps to change.

This course is wonderful. Laurie starts by breaking down everything you think you know about being happy and then rebuilds it. It's an important education everyone needs to have. There are weekly rewirements that let you put the theory into practice. I can honest say, I feel happier.

Highly recommend this course. The theoretical material is super interesting. The assignments are exciting little experiments on yourself that will really make a difference in your well-being. And I promise, you will bw in love with professor Laurie Santos by the end of first lecture.
