Loved the course. Filled with so many eye-opening nuggets as to what actually does (or doesn't) make us happier. Would recommend this to anyone wishing to learn more about the science of well-being.

Good online content! Most lessons are very focused on previous studies, but some videos include interviews with other prominents in the field. I was thankful that those were mixed in to switch up the video content.

I highly recommend this course. I have learned some helpful tips and was able to personally grow by this course especially during a pandemic. I think Professor Santos was very engaging and presents great materials.

I really learned a lot from this course and am grateful I had a chance to take the course. I hope to go back to the videos and rewirement exercises as a reminder well-being is a journey and not a final end - point.

Really interesting to learn about the theory of what makes us happy, as well as, behaviour change and then practical tips to actually put it into practice. The assignments were a great way to embed the learning.
