Loved the course. Filled with so many eye-opening nuggets as to what actually does (or doesn't) make us happier. Would recommend this to anyone wishing to learn more about the science of well-being.

I really enjoyed how Professor Santos pointed out all the obstacles that prevent us from experiencing a more enduring, long-lasting happiness. I also appreciate the concrete strategies to increase our well-being.

A topic and course that should be offered to High School and/or college students, maybe even eight grade. I took the course as a senior (in 70s) and found valuable, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic crisis.

this is the best course to learn about real happiness and the standards and thing which has positive effects on our well-being. it tells some simple rewirement challenges which help to reset our different habits.

Excellent overview. Very well researched with lots of studies and support documentation. Instructor does an excellent job of presentation and the Q&A systems are well worth the time to gain additional insight.
