I found the course content to be interesting and very well organized. I often find myself thinking about the ideas presented and how to apply them to my daily life. Dr.Laurie Santos did a great job!

Loved the course. Filled with so many eye-opening nuggets as to what actually does (or doesn't) make us happier. Would recommend this to anyone wishing to learn more about the science of well-being.

This course validated what I have come to know, but offered many great references and techniques. I liked the format and the practical experience to help build healthy habits that foster true happiness.

A great course. Week 6 talks about how to build good habits. for that section i wanted to suggest this great book by Stanford Behavior Scientist BJ Fogg called "Tiny Habits" - https://www.tinyhabits.com/

The course is very scientific and research orientations and teaches us some useful tips about being happy, avoid the trap of miswanting and also how to overcome hedonic adaptation. Liked every bit of it.

Awesome course. I am in awe that Yale offers this high quality course at no cost to individuals. I told my sister about it. If young people will get this NOW, the suicide and divorce rate would go DOWN!

This course helped me see that the things that we think are going to make us happy actually are not. It provides strategies to help you become a happier person. But ultimately, you have to work for it.

I loved this course! I enjoyed hearing about the research in the lectures and then being able to follow up and read more, when I choose to do so. I also liked the supplemental videos, like the TED talks.
