Fabulous course. I learned a lot of does and doesn't make us happy, and learned valuable tools for introducing and integrating new habits into my life that will definitely contribute to my well-being.

The best thing about this class is that it teaches/ encourages you to implement these behaviors into your daily life so that change can actually happen. It held me accountable for doing the things that are scientifically proven to make you happier. Taking this course during the pandemic made it 10x more useful.

This course gives excellent information on the things that we all seem to think make us happy, but actually don't. It then gives you the things that will actually make you happy, along with the data to back it up. Overall, I think this course is an excellent way to give you the tools to increase your happiness.

The Science of Well-Being class was an amazing course to take! It really opened my mind to the possibility of affecting positive change in my life based on changing my daily habits or mindset. The Science of Wellness was a course that surprised me greatly. Besides teaching me, I learned to put into practice what I learned, improving my life in one way or another.
I highly recommend it. Prof. Laurie is fabulous, she makes you feel that she is a person close to you in spite of being an online course.

This course has certainly helped me to focus on the positive things in life even though we are all facing many challenges. It has reinforced the need to filter exposure to negativity and to acknowledge the positive moments, however small they may be. Thank you for this opportunity to focus on some self care.

Great content what we should all learn at an early stage of our life. Some of the things should be taught at primary school or high-school. So everyone who digs deeper and learns these things even as adults, will understand we really don't need that much to be happier. We can practice being happy here and now.

Dr. Santos does a wonderful job sharing information about various aspects of well-being, happiness, and goal setting. The course time and time required to read extra information and take quizzes was very reasonable. A great course to take if you're looking to help yourself or others feel happier about life!

The Science of Well Being was challenging and incredibly practical which reinforced that daily actions to increase exercise, sleep, meditation, gratitude and savoring all experiences brings true fulfillment and an unshakable peace. Loved every bit of the course and needles to the say Prof Santos is amazing ! She made the course so interesting with the research data substantiating all the aspects. Whatever we learnt in the course has practical application and one can actually feel the benefit, if we keep practising :)

I enjoyed the course very much. The instructor was engaging and fun to listen to . She made listening to the lectures fun. These things that were brought up may be things we know but forget to take the time to look into and focus on. The reminders or different ways of looking at things are helpful insights.

This course was excellent. I really enjoyed learning and taking the happiness assessment at the beginning of the course and the end of the course and comparing the scores. My happiness score increased at the end. I learned so much about what we think makes us happy really does not to the extend we believe.
